India Government Denies Babri Masjid
Indian Government on Thursday strongly rejected Pakistan’s criticism of the discharge of all the 32 accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case.
Saying it may be difficult for the neighbouring country, having a strong structure, to understand democracy and rule of law.
Indian Government- Pakistan Foreign Office-
Pakistan foreign office on Wednesday lost the discharge of insult in the case and support of the India.
Particularly the Muslim and the places of their worship.
India is mature democracy where the government and people obey the judgment of the court and show respect for rule of law.
External Affair Ministry speaker Anurag Srivastava said at an online media briefing while replying to the question of Pakistan.
Strong Structure- Indian Government-
It may be difficult for the system strong structure where people and courts can be silence at will of establishment .
BJP Leaders- Indian Government-
All the 32 insult in the Babri Masjid demolition case including BJP veterans L.K. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi perform a special CBI court in Lucknow which says there is no evidence against them. CBI court will pronounce judgement in the Babri Masjid demolition case today.
Indian Government- Judgment by Court-
The judgement by the court is likely to come around 11 am. Taking this into account security has been tighten at the court premises.
There were 49 insult in the case out of which 17 have passed away. Therefore, the court will pronounce its judgement on the rest 32 insult.
Meeting Security- Indian Government-
However, to COVID-19, senior citizens and those who are unwell among the insult are not allowed in court premises.
A meeting for the security for today had decided that the advocates enter the court through gate 3.
Due to security reasons, if there is a need to enter the court through vehicles then gate 6 will used.
Cases Registered- Indian Government-
Here were two cases registered in connection with the Ram Janmabhoomi temple- Babri Masjid dispute.
The first was a title suit, whose judgement was pronounced by the Supreme Court on November 9, 2019,.
Paving way for the construction of the Ram temple at the spot.
CBI Judge- Indian Government-
Earlier, the Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav directed all the 32 accused, including former deputy Prime Minister LK Advani.
Court Rejected Prosecution Witness- Indian Government-
The court had last month rejected pleas of two prosecution witnesses Hazi Mahmood Ahmad and Sayyed Akhlakh .
Seeking permission to file written arguments in the Babri Masjid demolition case.
Notably, the CBI has already filed its 400-page written arguments in connection with the case.
Supreme Court Decision- Indian Government-
The Supreme Court had earlier extend till August 31 the special CBI Judge SK Yadav
The apex court had later granted month to special CBI judge SK Yadav to pronounce the judgment in the case.
